Proper use of condoms is a major measure to prevent the spread of HIV through sex. Before the 26th World AIDS Day, a reporter visited Tianjin Human-Care Latex Corporation, the largest condom manufacturer in Tianjin, to unveil the manufacturing process of condoms.

The company began to produce condoms in 1966, with an annual output of 600 million pcs. According to a person in charge, the manufacturing process of condoms includes electronic pinhole detection, aluminum packaging, and boxing.

In addition, to ensure the product quality, each batch of condoms will be sampled in the production and completion stages to undergo a series of tests in the lab.
