Ship-borne helicopter conducts landing training (4)

The ship-borne helicopters of the 15th naval escort taskforce under the Navy of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLAN) conducted day-and-night training of landing on the amphibious dock landing ship "Jinggangshan" which is on the escort mission in the Gulf of Aden.

Since the implementation of escort missions, the command center of the escort taskforce has organized the ship-borne helicopters to conduct training on the subjects of emergency taking-off, investigation and evidence collection as well as day-and-night flight training. The training is designed to improve the helicopters' rapid response capability in the escort operations.
