A man, riding a motorcycle, delivers roses to a flower market on Qixi Festival, or Chinese Valentine's Day, in Chengdu, capital of southwest China's Sichuan Province, Aug. 13, 2013. Rose sales in Chengdu surged with the coming of Qixi Festival, which falls on Aug. 13 this year. The Qixi Festival originates from a folk tale about a fairy named Zhinu who marries a mortal named Niulang. The marriage allegedly enraged the goddess of heaven, who created the Milky Way to separate them. (Xinhua/Li Qiaoqiao)
