Practicing Taijiquan needs to stay calm and relaxed, making people have a peaceful but happy mood, which is good to prolong lifespan.

Wang has been invited to give lectures on "Wushu and Fitness" at many Chinese media originations, and has spread Wushu culture, fitness and health regimen, TCM massage to many countries include Spain, Germany, Italy, Russia, and Japan at the invitation of overseas Wushu organizations, making great contributions in the promotion of traditional national culture and the facilitation of cultural exchanges between the eastern and western world.

"All the people I met in foreign countries show great interest in Taijiquan and learn to practice it with great enthusiasm. Most of them learn quickly," Wang told People's Daily Online.
