Provocative street propaganda on environmental protection leaded by Chen Guangbiao (7)

Chen Guangbiao (third from left) enters a residential area to promote environmental protection. 11 people who called themselves the entrepreneurs of polluting companies gathered in front of a renewable resources company owned by Chen Guangbiao in Nanjing of Jiangsu.
