Fog-detained vehicles leave port in Haikou (5)

Vehicles which were detained by a heavy fog leave a port in Haikou, capital of south China's Hainan Province, Feb. 16, 2013. A total of 46,000 passengers and 8,700 vehicles have left the Port of Haikou from 8:00 p.m. Friday to 8:00 a.m. Saturday, after being detained by a heavy fog that disrupted the waterway traffic across the Qiongzhou Strait.
