2. Remember to keep your whole body warm. Wear warm clothes and dress in layers when going outdoors: an inner wicking layer, a middle insulating layer and an outer wind- and water-resistant layer for both your upper and lower body. Cover your mouth to protect your lungs from extreme cold. Be sure you also have gloves or mittens (mittens, sung at the wrist, are better), a hat, and wool or thick fleece socks.
Bone-chilling cold, but lots of fun!
