KAZAN, Russia, Oct. 24 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping attended the BRICS Plus leaders' dialogue on Thursday.
Xi arrived in Russia's Kazan Tuesday for the 16th BRICS Summit held on Wednesday.
