Death toll from Hurricane Otis rises to 43 in southern Mexico

MEXICO CITY, Oct. 29 (Xinhua) -- The number of people killed in the Mexican state of Guerrero by Hurricane Otis increased to 43, while 36 others were reported missing, state governor Evelyn Salgado said Sunday.
