Products of Xinjiang's food factory popular across China

Located on the border of China and Kazakhstan, the small city of Tacheng is home to people of 25 ethnic groups.

Wang Huipeng and his wife opened a bakery here in 2016. Now the bakery has developed into a small food factory named Jiangqu with employees coming from 9 different ethnic groups. Many of their products are local favorites, among which their signature Tacheng cheese bread is drawing more and more attention and has become very popular on the internet for its pleasant taste and unique texture.

Every day, newly-baked Tacheng cheese bread is not only sent to stores in the city but also delivered to customers across the country through cold chain.
