Xi stresses improving biosecurity risk control, management system

BEIJING, Sept. 29 (Xinhua) -- Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, has stressed efforts to improve the country's risk control and management system on biosecurity and enhance its governance capacity in this regard.

Xi made the remarks on Wednesday when addressing a group study session of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee.
