BEIJING, April 16 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping said Thursday that politicizing and assigning labels over the COVID-19 pandemic are detrimental to international cooperation.
He made the remarks in a phone conversation with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin.
