Chinese scientists and engineers working on the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (BDS) have resumed work in an orderly manner and will soon meet their objective of establishing a global network of BDS satellites.
As planned, China is to launch two more BDS-3 satellites in March and May to complete the global network.
China sends two satellites of the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (BDS) into space at 8:55 a.m from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in southwest China's Sichuan Province, Nov. 23, 2019.
While taking full prevention and protection measures amid the COVID-19 outbreak, scientists and engineers will ensure the BDS program runs smoothly and that the launch missions will be carried out on schedule.
