On the morning of October 22, the opening ceremony of the "Ailaoshan Farmer Technical School" and "Jiujia Sub-center of the Zhenyuan County Deep Poverty Population Training Center" was held in Heping Village, Jiujia Town, Zhenyuan Yi, Hani and Lahu Autonomous County.
