Pu’er City’s Lancang Lahu Autonomous County has been adopting scientific and technological means to facilitate poverty alleviation in recent years. It is striving to get out of poverty in a scientific way with the support of academicians, professionals, and knowledge resources of Chinese Academy of Engineering.
