BEIJING, March 5 (Xinhua) -- China will cut its sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide emissions by 3 percent in 2019, in a bid to consolidate and expand the gains in its efforts to keep its skies blue, says a government work report.

The report was made available to the press on Tuesday morning ahead of the annual legislative session.
