The Ministry of Land and Resources has recently released the 4th list of national mine parks. Yaozhi River Mine Park, Baokang, Xiangyang made the list.

Over the years, the Yaozhi River has paid attention to ecological protection, established a national AAAA tourism area, and become a national leisure agriculture and rural tourism demonstration point, the most beautiful Chinese leisure village, a famous tourism village in Hubei and a new rural construction demonstration village, laying a solid foundation for the establishment of a mine park.

Yaozhi River Mine Park is the first national mine park in Xiangyang.
