The most traditional breakfast in Xiangyang

The day of Xiangyang people starts from a bowl of beef flavor noodles.

It is said that the locals will feel tasteless and lose their appetite if they have no beef flavor noodles for two or three days.

The beef flavor noodles go with the yellow rice wine.

Different from the one in Zhejiang, the yellow rice wine in Xiangyang is thick, having a milk white color.

The locals take one bite of noodles while drinking a mouthful of yellow rice wine. This is the most traditional and authentic breakfast of Xiangyang people. They taste them in no hurry. After enjoying their breakfast, they will not feel that sleepy after getting up early.
