Recently the digital reading demonstration point of the Pu'er Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection under Yunnan Digital Library Promotion Project has been established in Pu'er. This is the first library run by a commission for discipline inspection in Yunnan Province, as well as Yunnan's first digital reading demonstration point.
After the establishment of the branch library, local discipline inspection cadres will directly access 16 database resources of the Library of Yunnan Province, including 12,000 journals, 412,000 papers, over 1,000 newspapers, 120,000 video episodes and one million e-books, with a total capacity of 100TB.
