"Citizen Lecture" & "Citizen Salon" is a weekend people-benefiting cultural activity held at Xiangyang Library on a semimonthly basis.
Xiangyang Library had organized 48 sessions of "Citizen Salon" and 85 sessions of "Citizen Lecture" by the end of 2016. The activity has enriched citizen's holiday life.
