Qiu Yue'e is an 80-year-old villager who lives a very impoverished life in Jingyang county, northwestern China’s Shaanxi province. In the past year, she did not buy a single egg herself, but somehow she was able to have eggs on her dining table every day.

Qiu is not the only one who gets free eggs every day; 53 seniors above 75 in the village also enjoy this welfare.

What they do not know is that these eggs are all sent from a young man named Yang Fei.

Yang also lives in the village. One year ago he told the village committee that he wanted to give free eggs to the seniors in the village. Every month workers of the village committee would help distributing the eggs. The delivery of eggs was so punctual that those seniors all thought it was a gesture from the committee.
