Chinese Internet giant Tencent announces its plan of launching a smart phone payment service in Japan by the end of this month. The service is set up for wechat user. A payment can be easily finished when consumers have their two-dimensional codes scanned by the shop. Tencent's move aims at making shopping in Japan more convenient for Chinese consumers.
