Hot on the Internet! How many pens can you hold with your lips?

Wang Yuan, a member of Chinese music band TFBOYS, initiated a "holding pens with your lips" contest on his Sina Weibo (a Chinese micro blogging website) account on July 4, 2015.

Wang posted a photo showing him holding three pens with lips pursed up. In order to win praise from their idol, lots of fans followed suit and posted a variety of funny photos.

Charming female lifeguards in river rafting place

The first batch of lifeguards made up of charming female college students began training in a river rafting place in Qingyuan, south China's Guangdong province on June 9, 2015. They will work there during the summer tourist season.

According to the manager of the rafting place, these lifeguards are all sports majors and good swimmers. The salary for a lifeguard is about 20,000 yuan per month, which is quite attractive to students.

Firefighters save drunkard from 2-meter-deep pit

On the night of July 8, a drunken man in his thirties fell into a 2-meter-deep construction pit in Miyun county of Beijing. Firefighters arrived at the scene quickly and saved the man out of the pit. Fortunately, he was unhurt.

Young woman passes out for drinking too much water

Recently, a passed out young woman was sent to the emergency department of Hangzhou No.1 People's Hospital because of drinking 6 liters of water in one day.

According to her husband, she was in a weight loss program and drinking large quantity of water was part of the therapy. On that day, she drank about 6 liters of water without eating anything.

Diagnosed with rhabdomyolysis, hepatic injury and encephaledema, the woman was out of danger after two days of emergency treatment.
