Data shows that in 2014, Software Park has attracted a total of 616 high-end talents, 7,090 university graduates and 32 leading talents and PhD holders.

In2015, Xi'an Software Park plans to introduce 550 high-end talents and hold regularly recruitment activities in different cities in China and recruit 4,500 college graduates, organize more than a hundred of lectures and recruitment events in universities.
