To save the life of a leukemia patient in Beijing, Tang registered in China bone marrow bank six years ago. Recently Tang donated 360 ml of hematopoietic stem cell twice in Wuhan. |
Once hematopoietic stem cells are collected successfully, generally there will no need for a second collection. Considering the effect of treatment for the patient, Tang asked for a second donation, which is the first case among the donors in China bone marrow bank’s Hubei branch.
