BEIJING, Oct. 28 -- The Communist Party of China (CPC) has called to better China's legislation system while strengthening the Party's leadership in lawmaking.
Any acts of legislation must be submitted to the CPC Central Committee for discussion and decision-making if they involve important institutional or policy adjustment, according to a key Party decision released Tuesday on advancing the rule of law.
The Party organization of the National People's Congress Standing Committee, the top legislature, must report issues concerning the formulation and revision of law to the CPC Central Committee, it added.
