Liu will arrive in Pyongyang later on Monday and start his four-day visit, according to the Foreign Ministry.
During the visit, Liu will chair a diplomatic consultation with officials from the DPRK's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He will also meet with DPRK officials from other departments, said Hua.
