HANOI, June 13 (Xinhua) -- Vietnamese President Truong Tan Sang will pay a state visit to China from June 19-21, at the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping.
Spokesperson for Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs Luong Thanh Nghi made the announcement at a press briefing here on Thursday.
In the first four months of this year, despite challenges to both countries' economy, the Vietnam-China bilateral trade value continued to increase, reaching 14.3 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 20.6 percent year on year, according to state-run Vietnam News Agency.
The two countries aim to increase the figure to 60 billion dollars by 2015.
