BEIJING, Nov. 22 (Xinhua) -- China and the Republic of Korea (ROK) will hold the fifth high-level diplomatic strategic dialogue in Beijing on Nov. 26, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying confirmed Thursday.
Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Zhang Zhijun and ROK First Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Ahn Ho-young will attend the talks.
They will exchange views on bilateral relations and major international and regional issues of common concern, Hua said at a daily press briefing.
The high-level diplomatic strategic dialogue between China and ROK started in 2008 after agreement by leaders of the two countries, Hua said.
The fourth high-level diplomatic strategic dialogue was held in Seoul, in December 2011. The third was held in Beijing, in September 2010. The second one was in Seoul, in April 2009, with the first in Beijing, in December 2008.
