No casualties have been reported after a blaze ripped through a beef processing plant in central China's Hubei Province on Monday morning, local firefighters said.
The fire broke out around 8:30 a.m. at a workshop of the processing and storage company in the suburb Caidian District of Wuhan City, capital of Hubei, sources with the city's fire brigade said.
The fire damaged an estimated 3,000 square meters of the workshop.
The blaze was put out at noon.
More than 100 firefighters were dispatched to extinguish the fire, according to the sources.
An investigation into the cause of the fire is underway.
