BEIJING, Nov. 12 (Xinhua) -- The 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) on Tuesday approved a decision on "major issues concerning comprehensively deepening reforms" at the close of a four-day plenum.
Entrusted by the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Xi Jinping, general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, delivered a work report at the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, which was held from Nov. 9 to 12 in Beijing.
