The coverage of party units in government organizations and institutions has reached 99.97 percent and 99.4 percent respectively, and coverage in state-owned enterprises represents 99.98 percent. 1.5 million non-state enterprises have established party organizations, representing 99.95 percent of those corporations subject to the provisions of the party organization regulation. 40,300 social groups have established party organizations, representing 99.2 percent of groups subject to the provisions of the party organization regulation. 39,500 other non-commercial organizations have also established party organizations, which is 99.61 percent of those subject to the provisions of the party organization regulation.
