Government to increase care for most needed

BEIJING, March 17 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said Sunday that the Chinese government needs to increase care for the most needed to prevent them from challenging the society.

The government has to ensure the people's rights to existence and their human dignity, Li said at a press conference.
