Jiang Lin, 40 years old this year, is a resident in Liugeng Community of Fancheng. He engages in water and electricity management work for a company. Jiang Lin produced a "Drain-pipe Loudspeaker Box" by waste construction materials. Jiang Lin said he had made more than 30 similar self-made loudspeaker boxes of such kinds. He noted that he collected all other materials except the purchased horns on both sides of the loudspeaker. The circuit board was welded by him, and the drain-pipe elbow was left from construction activity. In total, the cost of the self-made loudspeaker was only RMB30. Jiang Lin enjoyed listening to Chinese classical music in his spare time. When he was at home, he listened to music by this loudspeaker and relaxed his mind.

Jiang Lin not only made of drain-pipe. He said he most often produced the wooden loudspeaker. Besides, he also produced the loudspeakers with glasses and marble floors.

Jiang Lin has had a strong interest in electronic equipment since his childhood. Whenever a new electric appliance was bought, he would take it a part. Thus, Jiang Lin was criticized by his family members for many times. However, every time, he said with full confidence, "I can reassemble what I have taken apart."
Jiang Lin did not go to school after graduating from junior middle school. Although with no professional education, Jiang Lin studied electronics by himself. He would read books and study if he had time. Later, he respectively engaged in work including tone tuning, lighting, wireless maintenance, and water and electricity maintenance. Jiang Lin was so skilled in electronics that his superiority was acknowledged by many colleagues graduating from professional colleges. As a result, Jiang Lin was hailed as "Partisan Troop", who "conquered the world" by self-learning.
