Former Nigeria captain Nwankwo Kanu on Sunday expressed confidence that the country will qualify for Brazil 2014 World Cup.
Speaking to reporters in southern city of Calabar, where Nigeria defeated Malawi 2-0 in the Brazil 2014 qualifying match, Kanu called for support from all Nigerians for the Super Eagles.
"We want to be in Brazil 2014 World Cup. We have to give them encouragement and motivation to win their games," he said.
Nigeria is now through to the next round of qualifiers, topping Group F with five points ahead of the second placed Malawi.
Namibia and Kenya are third and fourth respectively.
