Video: WTO Director General receives interview at People's Daily Online

Beijing, June 29 (People's Daily Online)-- WTO Director General Pascal Lamy visited People’s Daily Online today and he answered questions about global trade situation, China’s role in the WTO and other issues in a video interview with the website.

Lamy came to Beijing for the Global Think Tank Summit. Ma Li, deputy editor-in-chief of the People's Daily and chairperson of the board of directors of People.cn Co., Ltd, Liao Hong, president and editor-in-chief of People's Daily Online and Shan Chengbiao, deputy editor-in-chief of People's Daily Online met with him before the interview.

Lamy visited People’s Daily Online as EU Trade Commissioner in October 2003, when he communicated with Chinese netizens online.
