John Kerry delivers Spring Festival wishes

John Kerry, the newly-appointed US Secretary of State has delivered his Spring Festival greetings to people all over the world.

Kerry, on behalf of all Americans, expressed that the US President Barack Obama and him hope to strengthen communications with people in the Asia-Pacific region, to improve regional security and promote economic growth as well. He believed in the new year more achievements will be made to cope with various challenges.
