TRIPOLI, Jan. 29 (Xinhua) -- Two grenades were thrown earlier Tuesday at a building belonging to UN Support Mission in Libya ( UNSMIL), leaving only property loss, Samer Ghatas, the public information officer of the mission told Xinhua.
No one was killed or injured as the UN mission has not moved into the empty building in Tripoli, which had been chosen to be their headquarters in Libya, the official said, adding that one of the grenades exploded, while the other did not.
It is the third attack of its kind against the UN mission's building in Libya. The official said that the UN staffers are considering to move to another workplace.
