Spreading across an area of 360,000m2, Pagoda Hill stands 1135.5 meters high above sea level and dwarfs the neighboring mountain ranges. There is a pagoda on the top of the hill, hence comes the name. By plane: tourists can take No. 22 bus at Yan’an Airport and get off at Xiaodongmen Stop. Then walk through Pagoda Bridge to reach Yan’an Pagoda Hill Scenic Area. The distance between Yan’an Airport and Yan’an Pagoda Hill Scenic Area is 10 kilometers.
By train: After arriving at Yan’an Railway Station, tourists can take No. 1 bus, No. 9 bus, No. 11 bus, No. 13 bus, No. 18 bus, or No. 23 bus to get to Xiaodongmen Stop. And then walk through Pagoda Bridge to reach Yan’an Pagoda Hill Scenic Area. Or, after arriving at Yan’an Railway Station, tourists can take No. 3 bus or No. 12 bus and get off at Nanmengpo Stop. And then walk through Pagoda Bridge to reach Yan’an Pagoda Hill Scenic Area. Yan’an Railway Station is 5 kilometers away from Yan’an Pagoda Hill Scenic Area.
